Silver

Silver coatings can have highly reflective properties. When using silver electrolyte, we avoid metallic brighteners in order to ensure low electrical resistance: The fewer foreign substances incorporated in electroplated silver layers, the higher the electrical and thermal conductivity.

The applied silver layers are of high purity. Upon request, we can also protect the surface against tarnishing through additional passivation.

  • High conductivity
  • High heat conductivity
  • Low contact resistance
  • Germicidal effect
  • High reflective properties
  • Good polishing qualities
  • Solderability
